Starting any new job means we enter a learning curve, and a formal leadership role is no different. You’ll celebrate your new job along with learning what it means to step into the new role and say farewell to your old one.  In this session, you’ll learn some strategies for success, make the transition, and get into the learning zone.

This course covers team building, including defining a team, advantages and disadvantages of a team, and the stages of team development.  It includes a solid understanding of all the supporting skills, specific supervisory situations, motivation techniques, and disciplinary issues.  After completing this course, you should feel ready to lead any team to success with a complete toolbox of supervisory skills.
