Supervisors have many responsibilities to their employees, to themselves, and to their own managers. In order to juggle everything successfully, new supervisors need skills in leadership, communication, delegation, conflict resolution, planning, problem solving, and more.
Starting any new job means we enter a learning curve, and a formal leadership role is no different. You’ll celebrate your new job along with learning what it means to step into the new role and say farewell to your old one. In this session, you’ll learn some strategies for success, make the transition, and get into the learning zone.
