El ejercicio de la Agrimensura en Puerto Rico se rige por una serie de leyes y reglamentos que aseguran el bienestar común y protegen la vida y propiedad. Una de las especialidades de la agrimensura es la agrimensura de colindancias. La agrimensura de colindancias tiene su fundamento en el derecho de la propiedad y, por consiguiente, requiere de destrezas y conocimientos específicos que garantizan un ejercicio profesional responsable y comprometido con la verdad.
| Learning Objectives | El propósito de este seminario es discutir los aspectos fundamentales para el ejercicio de la agrimensura de colindancias. Señalaremos los conceptos básicos que debe dominar todo profesional que trabaje casos de agrimensura de colindancias, conocida en inglés como “boundary surveying”. A su vez, hablaremos sobre los requerimientos de una práctica profesional legal, ética y responsable. Explicaremos las diferentes fuentes de información donde puede obtener los datos necesarios parar su análisis y diferentes fuentes de referencia que pueden reforzar la evaluación de su proyecto. Conversaremos sobre el proceso de análisis entre el hecho y el derecho, además de discutir cuáles son los entregables y cuando y por qué debe realizar alguna revisión a su determinación. |
