We make decisions and solve problems continually.  When faced with challenges in the workplace, it helps to have a clear process to remove anxiety and make decisions easier.  In this course, you will learn how to clearly define the problem, identify potential solutions, unleash creativity, select a solution and plan for implementation.  You will learn a variety of tools and techniques, including SWOT Analysis, that can be applied for both individual and group decision making.
