It can be really tough to say what needs to be said. How do you tell your best friend that they have broccoli in their teeth? How do you tell your boss that he always mispronounces a particular client’s name? The answer is in a few simple tools and techniques.  We offer feedback to others all the time, although we may not do so consciously. Our verbal expressions, body language, and gestures all contribute to reflect what we are thinking, and the astute observer is able to figure out what we are really saying.
