Speaking with influence is all about communicating with confidence and sending the right message. It involves a variety of skills and different kinds of knowledge. What persuades you to make a decision or change your mind about something? Is it a compelling story, a good deal, or something else? We’re all so different, and we can all be influenced in one direction or another.
In this course, you’ll explore how persuasion works. We’ll also look at the differences between persuasion and manipulation. The course will cover techniques to help with persuasive conversations, including the benefits of pushing and pulling.
